Store ongoing compilations processes as hash table.

* lisp/emacs-lisp/comp.el (comp-async-processes): Rename as
`comp-async-compilations'.
(comp-async-runnings): Make use as `comp-async-compilations'.
(comp-run-async-workers): Likewise.
